Wonderful Spring day here in Eastern NC. I've had my Renegade since the end of February and I can't wait to get started modding her up. I bought the last 2016 on the lot. She's Anvil Blue and I've named her Rockwell or "Rocky". I am a welder and do some blacksmithing at home, so the color really spoke to me. If you know metallurgy, the name should make sense. A bit about me, I am a disabled veteran of the War in Iraq. I served two tours of duty overseas as an Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne and as a Bravo Team Weapon Sergeant with the Special Forces. Uncle Sam told me that I was too busted up to keep serving, but in my heart and mind I will always be a Trooper. I am a long time Jeep enthusiast and have previously owned a 1989 Jeep Comanche and a 1999 Jeep Wrangler. I actually traded the Wrangler to get Rocky. Being disabled, getting in and out of my lifted TJ with 35" Tires was getting quite difficult. I haven't quite let go of my interests and desire to get off the beaten path, so the Renegade was a really good option with all the new accessories hitting the market, each and every day. It will get me anywhere I need to go in this part of the country to fish, hunt, camp, or outrun a zombie apocalypse! I look forward to learning about all your experiences and pitfalls with your Renegades.
Hey welcome and I really hope you are enjoying your new Renegade!! Can't wait to see pics. Sent from my iPhone using ToasterJeep mobile app
