I bought a winch mount and rock sliders for my new Renegade from one of your dealers, both shipments where damaged. They were both damaged due to faulty packaging and almost no tape on Daystar boxes BOTH will require repair & refurb to use on my new Jeep. Your dealer https://21motorsports.com/ now requires me to send the slider which is the worst of the two back at a cost of $200 in shipping just to make good on the item which cost me $700. Right now all I want is the hardware pack for the sliders, and I will never deal with https://21motorsports.com/ ever again and of course they blame Daystar for the poor packing.

After talking with Daystar they are fixing the issue caused by a bad seller of their products.

It is nice to see a company take care of customers even though they didn't cause the issue.

Often time people complain but you never hear them say when something is done right or corrected, but I do.

    Thank you Bo @DAYSTAR!

I had a similar problem with Daystar and two separate retailers.
I ordered the Daystar winch bumper for my Trailhawk and they sent me the one that doesn't fit the Trailhawk. I sent that back and ordered from someone else.
The second one showed up badly damaged and missing hardware. They blamed it on UPS but it was packaged very poorly.
The third one looked correct and wasn't damaged so I scheduled the install. The shop realized that something was wrong after my front end was disassembled.
They contacted Daystar and we're told that 16 sets of brackets were manufactured incorrectly. They also said that they would send the correct brackets immediately so my Jeep didn't need to be reassembled (just to be taken apart again).
Over the next two weeks while we waited for parts to show up, the shop couldn't get a response from Daystar. So after two weeks they put it back together and told me to come pick it up.
I reached my contact at Daystar and was told the parts have not been manufactured yet.
This whole process started about 4 months ago.
