Ordered Avid lift last week, already shipped. ATP Springs haven't processes yet, ordered same day. Need both so I don't have to do the work twice. :D

Well It's been a week now without any communication from atp. I have called every day and emailed till my fingers went numb....nothing.i have started leaving messages and emails to cancel my order and refund my $900 back. Still no reply.
You know what I think of atp by now. Cash grab city. I'm wondering if this leader in Jeep accessories as they claim to be isn't folding up shop and still taking money??
I've seen this before. Might be time for legal action to get a refund.
Oh and get this I spoke to a Qquadratec rep the other day. They have been waiting since January for a shipment. If you watch their site the kits shipping date keeps getting bumped ahead. I feel for them. Quadratic is a solid company and you can always get someone on the phone to more than help you out.
I'm at the end of my rope with atp. Anyone have a extension to call or a better phone number for atp that gets past the voicemail system that apparently know one pays attention too? Has anyone else gotten ignored?
Well that's my vent for today. Of course it's the weekend so I'm dead in the water till Monday. Yippee!

Ya, im getting more and more like that everyday. And since Avid lifts are shipping out i just want to cancel my order and go avid and eibach, not that this is a bad thing. just more added costs. I also get the feeling that as soon as i cancel they will start shipping out. I guess on their Instagram they said that they where "moving offices" so yah... I left a comment asking if it effected production and said it would not. Just try not to google map the atp adress on the contact us page. It doesnt make me feel confident, especially with the comments left...

Hmm same experience, but I just ordered springs direct on 3/22 so thought I would be more patient.

Sounds like patience doesn't pay in this case, so I will just call VISA on Monday and have them reverse the charge and order Eibach.

Anyone know the best place to get the Eibach in regards to quick shipment?

(also does anyone know the exact release date of the Avid coilover remote reservoir setup?)

Update: So i noticed on quadratec's website that they have updated the atp 4.0 page to include that it is expected to ship out april 1st. So hopefully that is some good news to those who are waiting. I have only been waiting since 3/11 even tho it feels longer. I just really want my lift to come in because i have everything else i need for the install. Also to recall the last time i spoke to ATP they said the quadratec orders will have priority and direct order will be sent only after Qaudratec's back order has been filled.

So maybe i would just wait another week before canceling if your not completely off of ATP. If Quadratec already has their order and is processing, ATP might be in the process of fulfilling their direct orders.

If I learned anything.. Its that i will be calling any company before placing an expensive order to confirm stock.

No clue about a good source for the eibach's. quick google search shows you can get the eibachs from amazon at this link

I ended up ordering the Eibach's from JEGS High Performance and they already shipped last night! Should be here next Monday.

Avid replied to me and said they are still a couple months out from their coilover remote reservoir system, something I'll look at next summer. Will use 1" lift Eibachs for this summer w/ the Avid 2.5 lift kit.

Welp I will be canceling my quadratec order today if i can confirm AVID has the 2.5" in stock. Chatted with quadratec rep, and was told that their ATP order will be getting to them in about 2-3 Weeks. The date keeps getting pushed back so, I think ATP either just cant deliver what it promises or the have 1 CNC guy chucking out all the orders... Just annoying because they have no issue on Social media promoting their kits. But I most likely will not be ordering from ATP in the future, which sux because i want their roof rack system. I am usually a patient person but my tire tread is pushing the urgency.

My main concern, and why I am canceling...

Even if they finally show up and I get the springs on, what if I have an issue with a spring (not likely, but possible)?
How will I get ahold of them to get a replacement if they never answer, call back, check e-mail, respond to e-mail or show any sign they care/have a pulse? How will a swap out a single broken spring, if that ever happens?

Anyone who thinks running a sustainable business without communicating to customers is either crazy or on some chemical/substance that makes them act crazy.

Canceled the ATP lift and went with avid/eibach. Spoke with Anthony at Avid and he said they had 3 in stock as i spoke with him, well 2 now. He said if i order today they will be shipped Wednesday so woot! Was going to order eibach direct, but after checking around i went with summit racing, they had a april fools promo for $20 off.

*sidenote* avid bumpers will be here tomorrow woohoo!

Yes it will!, funny that ATP updated their IG with "Sorry for the delay, but we are back up and running" post... Followed by continued reposts about people that happen to get a hold of their ATP 4.0. So yah.. same ol stuff... Springs shipped out last night will be here monday!

I got an e-mail from ATP today saying they are processing my order... x.X
I guess they haven't got to the e-mail/calls where I asked them to cancel yet or the several calls from VISA checking up on the disputed charge.

LOL just got an e-mail saying they shipped the lift springs via UPS, but then the tracking number field is blank so who knows if they really even shipped. I would send an e-mail asking or call, but we know how that turns out already :)

Nice! hope your lift shows up soon.

Got the ATP springs today, so I guess they are back in business after all. I am returning the Ebaich's, much easier through return guarantee on Ebay.
Should be able to take it in this week to get installed, next week at the latest.

Car is at the shop getting AVID 2.5 + ATP 2" Springs installed. They had some problems on the front, but worked through it after trying to call AVID and getting the voicemail... Said they needed the spring compressor to get the spacer in. (must have been the right side) They are working on the other side now and the rear end...

    I'll post pictures tonight/ tomorrow

Sweet! thanks for the tip on the front spring install. I will def keep this in mind when i do mine. I knew ATP would start shipping out their kits as soon as I canceled my order. But owell, im team AVID now. Id rather go with a company that only makes Renegade parts and not try to expand into an over-saturated market of the wrangler realm.

Got my bumpers (these things are tanky)... Got my lift on Wednesday. Just finishing up the last 2 JK wheels and ill be ready for my Lift Install.

Let me know how those ATP springs work out with the 2.5" lift. I do wish these eibachs where red too if they work for you ill prob have to pick up a pair sell the eibachs lol.

They ran out of time, said it is more of a 15 hour job than 8 hour job.

Couple things to note on the back.
    1) He said instructions were lacking so they had to trial and error through which spacer went where (all the rear end spacers)
    2) At full extension the rear struts touch the axel and I will hear it hit if I do serious off-roading
    3) The caster/cam bolts provided do not fit through the hole, he said they would have to drill it out to use them so they used the stock ones instead as they don't typically drill out things when they do lift installs
    4) They had a couple extra parts left over (spacers/bolts)

They are running through alignment on front and rear now and will be calling soon to pickup.

So I guess I am a little concerned things are really tight and the extra .5 inches on the AVID may be pushing things too far with the 2" Lift Springs as well. Also the lack of experience people generally have lifting tightly designed Unibody Jeeps, maybe one of the extra spacers is why it is hitting?
I guess I will see after I pick it up and take it offroad. Still running stock rims and tires for now, so I can test each change at a time (in this case I guess 2 changes as these are 2 separate lift kits).

I e-mailed AVID and suggested they call up the shop and get feedback on the instructions so they can improve them for other shops/customers in the future. The shops feedback was the instructions not being clear with all the parts, was the biggest hurdle. I think the instructions assume a lot of knowledge one would have if they worked with Renegades all the time.

I'll have photos and more input tonight/tomorrow.
