I got this plain steel wheel to test fit. This thing is way too heavy tho.

If I leave it on the jack the front fits perfect

So are you saying that the fronts don't fit? Is it hitting the struts?

Also - you said wheels were too heavy - was that BC of the steel wheel?

Where did you get that rim? Is it a 16" or 17"? Backspacing? I love the look of that - it's what I've been looking at doing on my TH.

The front would have fit until I turn the wheel. The tire hits the inner fender shroud. The back fits fine.

The solid steel wheel made it too heavy.

The wheel is a 16x7 wheel from BBwheelsonline.com and has 4" back spacing.

More back story: my previous car was a Ford fusion. My wife has a Honda accord. We also own a Ford flex. All of those cars have the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. So I got wheels spacers/adapters to give me both the more common 5x4.5 bolt batten as well as lug nuts instead of the lug bolts. I can post some links to what I bought once it is all sorted. My new plan is to use the "spare" wheels I had snow tires on for my fusion.

The front tire will hit the black plastic at the back of the wheel well when you turn the wheel.

Removed the assembly and turned the rubber inside out.

That is the daystar bull bar with hella 700ff lights. The marker lights are from klearz. I just spray painted the grill pieces.

How do you have the lights wired up?

The lights came with a wiring kit. I used the supplied relay and tapped into the signal for the high beams. So they will come on with the brights and no wires are coming into the cab.

The only thing touching the signal for the high beams is the trigger for the relay. So the draw on the CAN-bus is minimal. The actual power for the lights comes directly from the battery.
