Always wanted a Jeep .. this will be my first Jeep, I am living abroad and working in China.

They will be manufacturing the renegade here soon, but the engine options will be different.

Mostly urban driving.. but many roads here are narrow and rough and unpaved.
Driving over sidewalks and curbs is common practice here.

Wanted a Wrangler but in China they are extremely overpriced.
Looking at 500,000 rmb to start or roughly 83 000 USD.
So no way ...
Looking forward to owning a toaster as an entry level semi-off roader for the family. 2+1

Planning on the TH, ordering after market the 1.5 lift and spacers, roof rack, cam can, fender flares, up sizing the tires to hopefully 235, 60/65, 17's if possible.
But looks more like 225 will be the way to go with out cutting.
Coopers At3 or a local tire Goldways, Front bumper with winch from daystar, rock rails.
So far after market stuff I will be obtaining from Madness or Daystar distributes ... whom ever can send to China really will be the deciding factor.

I will probably need to read up a lot on these forms as my Chinese sucks and thus far in this city I haven't come across any car modifying places.
