Not like there's a whole lot of competition or anyone really trying to be but, in a way, it's nice to see that the all new 2015 Jeep BU Renegade is now being touted as "Best in Class". Who knows, maybe this will be a start of a whole new off-road segment with Jeep leading the way
LOL!! I think up until Toyota upsized the Rav4 and Hyundai upsized the Santa Fe, they might have been the only closest competition. Now, the Renegade is kind of in a league all its own.
very true. even now i still believe the renegade would out perform the rav4 and the santa fe even as they sit now. thoughts?
Don't know if the Kia Soul is offered in a 4WD or AWD but I know the Honda CRV comes with an AWD. The only problem with it is that over the years, the CRV has been upsized to the point that I don't think it's in the same class anymore. I could be wrong on this though.
Here is a funny...went to a Jeep dealership today and saw a landshark, Stopped to ask hum when they would be getting a Renegade in. He said well we do have a Trailhawk. I said really? He said yeah over there and pointed to a Cherokee. I corrected him and said no that is not ii. He had a glazed look on his face and said he must have missed that part of training. LOL!
