Hey All & Happy Still Kinda New Year,

Giving out a shout from Cali. Where the heck is Yucca? Well, right next door to Joshua Tree National Park, which is always surprising how many folks have heard of it!

Great to find a place to meet fans of the mightiest toaster on the planet!

I've never owned a vehicle I've enjoyed as much as this, 16-months of fun and almost 20K miles.

Hope to be able to meet others and tear up some dirt! IMG_0005.JPG

Hello there. Any nice trails in that area? I live in SGV.

Awesome! Have you tried the geology tour road or others in JTree lately? I've been wondering if they might be decent trails for the toaster. Been meaning to do some bouldering out there...

I went out there a couple years ago when I had my truck. Road is decent. Regular cars can make it if you move slow.

There are so many trails out here. One of our favorite runs out of Pioneertown, 2NO2, drops out at Lake Baldwin just outside of Big Bear Lake. Haven't had the Yeep up there yet. Roads took a hit last winter and I still have the junk Goodyears on it.

There are many trails out this way. I've just been a bit hesitant until I have some better tread. There's a dry lakebed out in Joshua Tree that has a lot of various trails to go out on, a couple drop you out in 29 Palms but some deep sand out there. A couple guys I ran with had Trackers so the Yeep shouldn't have any issues.

Welcome! Used to go to Joshua all the time as a kid (before it became a national park. Last time I went it was overcrowded and was unable to get a camping spot. I too am in the San Gabriel Valley. Hopefully one day we can hit up a trail

We should try to meet up. This rain doesn't want to let up. Maybe we should set up a meet so we can all actually meet lol

All we're getting is desert rain (high wind with sand blowing all over). I've never had glass this pitted. Just obnoxious but shouldn't complain given that folks in N. Cali have real fears with flooding and mudslides.

I also need to post over on the other thread where people are trying to meet up. I would love to roll with other Rene owners. My dream is a convoy of Toasters rolling down the road...
