I was going to put my spacers on and get new tires today, but one of my bora spacers came with a hole drilled/tapped too big, so i have to wait to a replacement to get here now...

Well, at the behest of my eight year old son, I deleted the resonator so the Jeep wouldn't "be as quiet as Mommy's Honda." just have a Magnaflow tube muffler on it now. A lot more growl and some pretty loud drone under load at around 3.5k rpm, but my son is happy now. Says it sounds as angry as it looks.

Ended the factory warranty, turned 36,000 miles this afternoon. I had service done the other day with about 125 miles left on the warranty. They did a BCM update and gave it a thorough going over. Nothing out of the ordinary found. Not sure if the BCM update did this, but the radio sounds much better, might be my imagination.

It's been a while since i posted. Finally got Renee back from the god awful dealership. Added a hi-lift jack and smoked side markers. Next mission is the ATP lift, rock sliders, and bull bar.

I believe they are the KMC Rockstar775 17in rims. They have an 1.5in offset and had to be custom drilled to fit this car lol.

I updated my wheels and tires today. My Renegade is a 2017 Limited FWD. I got BFG Ko2 225/65/17 no spacers or rubbing. Next up is the Daystar lift in two weeks

There's structural members added to Trailhawks to add support for those tow/extraction hooks. It can be done but it's not just a bolt-on accessory.

Angry eyes and lift kit installed. I have wheels and tires mounted 17x7.5 Mayham Wheels with 225/65-17 just waiting on adapters to arrive to mount them on the Reni

Finally got the 235/65 A/T tires put on to go with the Daystar lift & spacers. Nothing too aggressive. The plan is to pick up some 16" steelies from the junk yard and put a more aggressive tire on those for the weekend trips. I'm not trying to waste $150-200/tire driving on pavement 350 days out of the year. Just a summer beach buggy for now. I did the pinch weld mod but I need to adjust a liiiiittle more because it's maybe 1/8" from touching the fender liner. IMG_0272.JPG IMG_0273.JPG

Ebay. I also bought amber lights from O'Reilly's since the kit they came with come with an led light and wire harness' but you have to remove the entire wiring harness on both sides inside the engine bay and that was too much work for me.

I've driven a Jeep for years and every May I go on National Park adventures. I've been to over 120 parks and monuments. When I traded in my last Wrangler to get the Reni I lost all my stickers. I ordered a set of classic stickers and put them on the Toaster. It's not all my visits but it's the biggies. Now the Toaster is dressed for adventure!
