Hi Guys (and Girls)! I been dealing all day with Jeep Wave. I was told that the GoodYear Wrangler SR-A are as per Jeep All Terrain (A/T) tires and I explained to them that I contacted the Manufacturer (GoodYear) and they told me they do not classify this tire as an A/T and that as per the window decal that came with the vehicle as a consumer I payed for A/T tires and I want my A/T tires. I was asked to send them a scan of the window decal so they can further review it. Has anyone had this issue before and how did it go? Or is there anything else I can do to get past this point.
