I recently put the 1.5" lift kit on my renegade. I took it to get new wheels mounted and aligned. Guys at 4wheelparts say I need to put new camper bolts to be able to align it properly, this will set me back about $350. Is this necessary?? Any have any suggestions

Suggestion? Yes- find a new shop!! No kidding, that is outrageous for camber bolts. It is necessary from my experience, but I would have them get it as close as possible now without the bolts ( which I am guessing you have done), and then drive it for a while. Anytime you do a lift, the cushions will crush down a bit after some miles. When the truck gets a little lower, the camber will be closer to the specification.

After i put my lift kit on I went through 2 sets of rear tires As my daily driver i justified paying $45 per camber bolt and getting a $70 alignment.

Can you go into a little bit more detail about this... I have a 2016 trailhawk with the daystar lift. Lately, I have noticed the outside edges on the rears and front rubbing away more than I want, mind you this is after I did an alignment... Where did you find the camber bolts and how does that process of installing them work? 2017-05-30 15.47.32.jpg

[IMG]I am not a mechanic so can't really explain how they really work, but I believe this image does a good job show where they go. At the tire shop where I got my alignment done is where I got the bolts, Belle Tire is where I got it done.

I've got the 1.5" daystar lift. I'm going to get spacers and an alignment. Do I need two set of these bolts, or just one.

Also a 4wheelparts alignment. Daystar Lift and 1" spacers if that makes a difference.
