Kristen is who I was dealing with... Never got a response..just a generic response stating that they wanted to close the ticket or case.. when replied I still needed help.. I received no response.. also tried to message opt7 on Instagram.. no response either.. even though I was told message there rep to get help.. not a good company
Hello everyone, i just did my conversion to LED everything, and i ran into the same issue, long story short, i checked voltage coming off the socket with out a bulb and noticed 1.27v while vehicle is completely off, that means running lights are always ON you just cant notice because original bulbs take more volts to show any light, however they are still taking in the 1.27v, so feel free to install your LED DTR lights and dont worry about them draining or damaging your battery.
It shouldn't be too difficult to build a simple voltage sensor module that opens the circuit under a set voltage. Actually, I wonder if one could just use a resistor...
