Who did you email? I've worked with Erin and she's been great about getting me the answers I need or at least getting me in touch with tech support. Ehamilton@opt-7.com

Hello everyone, i just did my conversion to LED everything, and i ran into the same issue, long story short, i checked voltage coming off the socket with out a bulb and noticed 1.27v while vehicle is completely off, that means running lights are always ON you just cant notice because original bulbs take more volts to show any light, however they are still taking in the 1.27v, so feel free to install your LED DTR lights and dont worry about them draining or damaging your battery.

It shouldn't be too difficult to build a simple voltage sensor module that opens the circuit under a set voltage. Actually, I wonder if one could just use a resistor...

How long did it take to install them? How much of the front end did you have to take apart? Thanks!
