I can't imagine the trailer being too heavy. It's probably noticable but likely doesn't have much trouble. It also depends on what's in the vehicle, and the environment and terrain. If it's super hot with lots of hills, it probably wouldn't do so well....
So the tents come out of the same factory in China that make the Roofnest brand tents . I found a contact on alibaba and had them send me a couple prototypes. Paid $900.00 ish after some shipping and port charges . I did notice they quickly jumped to $1800 and now $2200 on amazon for the same tents. Think they found the shipping is more then they expected to door. If you can find a few others that want a roof top tent you can order several to reduce freight cost. Several vendors on alibaba will ship them to port. Other wise you have a couple sellers here in the states. If you want the contact I was using I have her on my what’s app contact list as Michelle on Amazon +86 153 7267 8708 The trailer is barely noticeable. This one was well built with a long nose and far enough back wheel base to keep it stable so it dose not rock. It is heavier then originally I was looking for but it still has the old springs and drive shaft intact. I will also be taking a trip up in elevation later in the summer. I think that will be more of a test.
Went up into Pisgah National Forest and must say the renny did not like the steep incline near Asheville.
