I'm kinda embarrassed to post this but...Is there a specific brand for wipers? I went to Walmart and got the Michelin brand and for the life of me can't figure out how to change them. Can I take the connector off of factory set and put it on generic set?

Nah, good question. I haven't had to change wipers, yet. But, I did notice they are extremely unusual. Hopefully, someone will impart some piece of mind on us.

I use Bosch Icons. Have used them for at least 8 years now. Only ones I've managed to get a full year out of a set. The Renegade uses the OEM ones, I forget the length.

My wife's Journey uses an A and a B, but the latch is the same, so I dunno. My old Ram used the A version.

To take the old ones off, there's a button on the flat part you push in as you pull the blade off the arm. New one slides in and clicks when the button pops into the hole.

    any brand will work.
just a tab to press in and it slides off, new one clicks in place.
easiest wiper change i have ever seen in my life. so easy, no more frozen, sore , cold burning fingers trying to change wipers in a mall parking lot in the middle of a snow storm.

Go to your local Advance Auto. Get the Trico Onyx blades. They will install them for free.
