We have the Teraflex lift on my wifes 17 Altitude 4WD and after a could days of driving it has developed a clunk in the front end. I disconnected the swaybar endlinks and the noise went away so I am guessing that's the issue. Has anybody else ran into this problem?

I have the ATP sway bar links. They have a tendency to get dirt in them and make a creaking noise.

It's the sway bar bushings. I just keep mine disconnected. Changing the bushing is a lot of work because the brackets are riveted and not easily removed.

Try putting grease on the bushings to see if that will help.

ATP uses a hym link on it's sway bar links (not sure of the spelling ) Kind of a rotating ball type link. Tried the grease, seems to work, but if you go off road the grease attracts all kinds of grit dust dirt etc. Then back to square 1. Might try a lighter type grease ? Even on road eventually dirt gets in there.

I have put in the Teraflex 1.5" lift kit, and got the clunking noise.
My friend and I diagnosed it and we discovered it was the sway bars. We tightened them up, check the quick release side, and the bushings down on the lower end. Took it to the local 4x4 shop and they said the engineering was off. So they switched their position (flipped them 180 degrees). So now the quick release are on the lower end. However, the clunking is even louder.

How have other people fixed this issue?

Teraflex won't send me replacement sway bar links.

We did not have a grease gun and so I am not sure if we didn't put enough on there.

    Any suggestions?

only have put 500 miles on the lift kit.

Had the same problem with the atp 4" lift. The sway bar end links were making a racket. The ball joints were loose and hitting the socket anytime the suspension flexed. I replaced them with generic metal end links and the noise went away. Now sounds and rides like stock.

    That is such a bummer.
They are sending me two new ones, but I don't want to have to keep changing them out.

Do you know if Teraflex is making a non-quick disconnect sway bar link for the Renegade?

Which generic metal sway bar link ends did you use?
I am looking for a new sway bar link 10'' long (as this is the length of the Terflex quick release sway bar links). Any recommendations?

It was my local mechanic who found and installed them. He said they were the upgraded part number for the stock end links on the renegade. They look like these (see below). Nothing special though. I imagine any end links the right length and fit would do.

    ***UPDATE***

Teraflex has sent me replacement sway bar links. They have done this before, and I have replaced them with the new links and kept the quick release setting on. However, even after greasing them up, two days later I got the clunk.

Teraflex, again, has sent me replacement links, but this time, have told me to not use the quick release components, but rather, bolt the upper bushing to the car. And hopefully this will remove the clunking noise I hear while going over bumps (unevenly).

I will let y'all know how it goes.

Update - It has been 3 days (which might not be enough) since switching out the sway bar links. But there is NO more clunk.
This is great!!! We greased them up, put them together, and tightened the sway bar links until we couldn't anymore, and on my drive home, my commutes to and from work, have been awesome!!
If you have these sway bar link (Quick Release - they came with the Teraflex 1.5" lift) they will send you basic ones for FREE to install on your Renegade!!!
Great customer service. And now a smooth sounding ride!

    So....another update

Teraflex sway bar links are just crap, after posting the above update "thinking" and "hoping" that the noise was gone.
It has come back with a vengeance.
I called Daystar because I heard they have a bracket that will allow you to use the OEM sway bar links with a lift.
I have removed the Teraflex sway bar link (noise is gone - so I know for sure it is the sway bar links), and will be putting on the Daystar brackets with the OEM sway bar links on Saturday.
Will post back an update after that.
I am crossing my fingers this works.

Also, if you need someone to install or remove sway bar links (no matter how simple it is), I am quite the expert now - this will be my fourth set to install.

Good to hear that it worked for you.
Do you have a link for this bracket?
I don't need them yet, but it would be good information to have.

I am also unable to find one, but all I did was call DayStar
    Toll Free: (800) 595-7659
    Direct: (623) 907-0081
And they sent me one no questions asked, and I don't even have a DayStar lift (I have the Teraflex)
