I would contact Daystar and ask them for the brackets and use the OEM sway bar links. If you don't have the OEM sway bar links you can get them on Ebay. I have had mine on for a few weeks, and no more noise!
Ok guys, it's not the links. The top link pins after the lift install, are on a different plane than link bushing. The "Clunk" everyone is hearing, is the top of the link bushing is in such a bind it is hitting the strut. There is enough room to put some washers behind the link bushing to add clearance between the strut and link . I made 12° washers apposed to each other on each side of strut, to put things more in line.

well good timing to read.. just placed an order with daystar for the brackets. Their price is $44 probably better anyways to have less tension on sway bushings. half took them off due to the clunks, second was (according to avid) pulling down lifted height.
They are worth it!!! I have had mine on now for just over a month, and have had no issues. When installing them make sure the bracket is pulled down and to the left, away from the spring. Try and make the sides of the bracket (that stick out away from the car are flush and where the OEM sway bar link would usually hook to w/o a lift. This will create the gap needed to make sure the bracket doesn't hit the base of the spring. Pictures below will show this. First picture shows when the bracket is installed incorrectly - it is touching the spring. Will cause a creaking noise. Second picture shows when it is stalled correctly - there is a gap.
well, I’ve got pretty used to driving without the sway bar connected which was night and day difference after the alignment! I also noticed that daystar hasn’t run my credit card for the brackets yet. in retrospect it was tough to get the order placed to begin with. a week or so of no returned calls then haggling with them to sell to me without having their lift (I sometimes curse my honesty) tried to call them yesterday to get an update. both sales guys were out at a show and no return call back from the gal Angie that I was promised either. I guess at this point if they come I’ll put em in.. it is nice to know it’s off road ready
that’s what they told me, then told me they were 40 something, gave them my credit card. nothing. called a week later, said they’d call back. nothing. I’m fine without swaybar links to be honest. this way I don’t have to worry about having to disconnect them. mine’s up pretty high and haven’t noticed any abnormal swaying even at high speeds. only thing to get used to is that the front of the jeep raises on acceleration from a stop.
you will have to lie to them and say you have their lift kit purchased from a third party and then you’re part of the “in crowd”
I’ll need mine lol most of my drive is interstate then back roads to work. I seen someone say you can add a spacer on the link end and it’ll give it enough clearance to stop the noise. Haven’t tried it yet
Will you send me the part link? Teraflex emailed me back and said to take oem rear links and put them in place of the disconnects
I just ordered two of them from MoparPartsGiant.com, for $22 shipped, but I'm gonna wait to see what I actually get, They show the part # as "Replaced by 68503551AA" Which is the crappy plastic ones... Yeah, Mine aren't drilled, I'm running the Avid 2.5" Lift with no Quick Disconnects, The Avid came with longer replacement links but no disconnect, so you don't drill the hole out. The Avid links Clunk too, and you can see it's because they do the same thing as the Terraflex (Metal to metal at the Strut) so I figured I'd try the ones @mtread showed fixed it for him..
Ah! Understandable Well hopefully they work for you and thank you for all the info I’m pricing some rear strut now because Don’t want to buy cheap but also don’t want to buy to expensive lol
