For the 2nd time this week, I started the Jeep, released the parking brake, put it in 2st gear, let up the clutch . . . and I couldn't turn the wheel. Upon checking the dashboard lights, noticed a small red light resembling a steering wheel lit up with an exclamation point next to it, to the left of MPH. Any idea what that means or why it might do that???
