6.5 Uconnect registration

Good morning Forum, I haven't found this topic here yet. I bought a limited with 6.5 UC in May, there was no UC registration app (should have been there) and the dealer claims there's a "known issue" with the 6.5 that Chrysler is still, in August, trying to fix. Bottom line is that there was no way to register the UC and flash updates didn't work. Does anyone else have (had) this problem and what was he fix or what are you being told? -thx

 

I had that problem. The latest update from unconnect which came out about two weeks ago fixed mine and restored all the missing apps from the menu.

You can update UConnect yourself.

 

Do you know where we could find info or step-by-step guide to upgrade the UConnect system ? Thanks

I believe it will tell you based on VIN and what country/ies they apply to.
