Since you have insider info, when will this MOPAR branded lift be available through dealers to have installed? I assume it will keep all warranties intact?

I don't know this. It might never be available as a MOPAR lift.

Thanks. Guess as long as you have a good relationship with your dealer and go through them with the install the DayStar lift shouldn't void any warranties anyway, from what others have said here so far.

I just hope they tweak the components so that the alignment in the rear can be brought in properly.

I've spoken with the dealership that I purchased my Renny from. They are willing to install the Daystar lift for me and it won't void the warranty. I think it's probably going to be on a dealer to dealer basis.

Thanks, my dealer told me the same thing. They have a local shop that they work with that does all of their "custom build" of new jeeps they have on their lot. When I bought my TrailHawk they had several lifted Wranglers with aftermarket wheels & tires, and all were covered under warranties since they were installed through their preferred dealer.

So they told me that when I got ready to look at a lift or tires to give them a call, and see what they could do for me. I just hope they don't try to charge 5-600 bucks for an install, as that will definitely change my mind on having it done.

I just ordered the day star lift, 17" BFG ko2's ( 225 65R17 ) and fuel hostage wheels. The work is being done at my local off-road shop in Birmingham, AL. THEY ARE CHARGING $400 to install the lift. I found a cheaper option, but the dealership recommended them for the work, and they warranty it for life. I can't wait to get it done. I'll post pics when it's done. Next project: install the madness autoworks front bumper bar with LED bar....

Fuel is making them from blanks for $210 per wheel through Southern Off Road and it'll take 3-4 weeks for them to arrive. Totally worth it though.

Like the look of those Fuels. Will you have to run spacers with them, or do they have an appropriate offset?

The hostage wheel has a 38mm offset, so spacers are not needed. Not sure about the other ones that fuel offers though...

Good deal, thanks for the info. I know that Fuel is making one other set of wheels through Madness Autoworks for the Renegades as well, looks like they have an offset of 28mm. These are the same wheels on the DayStar Renegade.

No problem! I can't wait for the bumper guard to come out at Madness. That looks sweet.

When I called them last week to inquire, they said they were about 60 days out...
