Hey all, first time post here. Just had the American Trail Products 2.0 lift installed about 100 miles ago with Supreme Suspensions 1" hub-centric spacers and threw on some Hankook Dynapro ATm RF10s (235/65r17). I hadn't seen anyone run this size so I knew it was a gamble and they just barely brush the pinch weld in the back of the front wheel wells.

Only issue is the shop can't seem to get it aligned properly after the lift. Anyone else having this issue? I'd hate to spend $700 on rubber and just shred through them...

Looks good. my alignment isn't perfect with the Daystar 1.5" lift. There's a post that just got posted about the the Teraflex lift that corrects for this. Got my alignment done at the dealership and they told me if it was bad enough modifications could be done. As long as you rotate them enough, (every 3k). I was gonna go with that size but had my heart set on the KO2s. How far is your alignment off?

Here's a the printout they gave me. As you can see, my rear toe is the biggest concern. I think I'm pretty much SOL on the front camber and caster.

    I like those tyres...
I'm actually running ko2 225/70r16 with 1.25 spacers and no lift and I noticed some rubbing on the front wheel wells also.. nothing I should worry about I think.

I like the ko2s but can't justify spending that much per tire. This is my first vehicle lift so I've never had to deal with tire rub before. Mine really just brush the plastic at full turn. I'd imagine if you're not getting much contact and if it's not all the time it shouldn't be an issue. I'm sure mine won't contact the wheel well after a few hundred miles or wear.

Any one know if that size tire would fit on TH with 1" spacer and NO lift?

Hard to say. I put my lift in before getting the tires. I imagine you'd run into a bit more rubbing.

I have that exact same tire without spacers or a lift on a stock TH. There is zero rubbing without doing the pinch seem mod. Rubbing occurs because the spacer pushes the tire closer to the inner lining.

I had 235/60/17 with 1” spaces. Tiny rub on fender liner at full lock no biggie
