Hey guys, The rear front control arms that come with the Avid 2.5" lift have starting knocking and squeaking. They have no grease input and haven't been able to kill the noise and it's driving me mad. Knocks when driving over slightly uneven ground and squeaks like an orangutan when it flexes. I've tried lithium grease, which I had to use for the front sway bar links, and it works on those. We tried regular grease smothered over it to see if it sinks but nothing seems to help it. I'm waiting for Avid's response on an email I sent them today but if anyone has any ideas I'm open.
I am considering AVID’s rear control arms to go with my lift. Please keep us updated, I am curious what they have to say.
