Avid essentials??

Has anyone ordered from Avid essentials recently? I like their 2.5" kit, at least what the website shows, but have been unable to reach anyone at the email or phone# on the website and not comfortable ordering without first talking to someone. On the other hand, Teraflex got back to me in 1 business day , but I want more than 1.5" and less than a 1.5+ springs.

Yes that was the first thing I tried maybe a week ago.

 

They used to have a sales rep named Viann Rivera her email was viann@avidesssentials.com she was fast to respond

I did end up getting a return call from Anthony at Avid, but will not be placing an order. I will be going with the Teraflex 1.5" and adding stock Trailhawk springs instead.
