Awesome! Was getting a little worried. Looking forward to seeing the finished product and hearing about how it handles and rides.
So in your honest opinion should I just go ahead and order the Avid lift kit? Is there anything else I'll need to order with it? Or other parts I should buy to go with the lift? Or is absolutely everything I need come with the lift?
Everything's there, it's well constructed... The welds are painted but not ground so you can see they're quality (no undercut or visible porosity) the spacers are clean and beefy, the brackets are adjustable and follow the stock pattern but heavier. I have one but haven't had time to install it yet.

Looks soooooo good! Install instructions? Why the Eibach too? Stiffer spring rate? But not necessary right. May I see up close pics of each part as a guide?

Wait so this is the 1.5” $200 budget lift they sell, not the 2.0” $350 economy lift?? And you have that much clearance? I just want to make sure, sorry if you already answered this somewhere!
I know there is little flex to begin with in the Renegade, and with just a Daystar lift, the front struts had to be compressed to get them to fit back in place. Are you going to run a ramp and see how much flex you have now... Curious if the arms are forced down so much that they won't give anymore...
See what you get on a ramp with the front connected and then with it disconnected if you get a chance... Just curious.
Love the lift OGJEEP. I do a lot of driving and am just curious how much of a hit it has been on the mpg? I want to do this bad but just want to see if it totally killed your fuel economy.
As someone who has a daystar, I think I would've gone with this avid lift. I first saw it about 2 weeks after installing mine.
I have some questions. I've been reading the thread and contemplating the difference between the Daystar and Avid lift. I understand what your saying about not needing the other spacers like the rear sub frame spacers and drive shaft spacer. I'm currently running a Daystar 1.5 lift with 225/65/17 KO2s. I do have some added height to my rear diff. I'm guessing this is because the actual strut spacer is about 1.75" and the rear sub frame spacer is about 1" including the 1/4" of lift I get from the tires. Would I be able to take all the other spacers out except the strut spacers and essentially have the same amount of lift as the Avid spacers give? What would this do to my alignment? Would I need to change the control arm bracket back to the factory bracket? I'm just having buyers remorse. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with my Daystar lift. I haven't had any issues. Hindsight tells me the Daystar lift is 1st generation Renegade lift and I should've waited for the competition to kick in but I really wanted a lift and that was the only one available at the time. Plus I got it on eBay for $299. I really like your setup. I do more city than off-road driving so I don't know if I really want to monkey around too much. How much lift do you think you got from the Eibach springs? I might just do something like that and forget messing with the suspension again. Any insight would be appreciated.
Now OGJEEP, what trimming did you have to do for the kit? Did it just bolt in or was trimming for different tires?
