When replacing the battery on a Renegade Limited is it necessary to use a Battery Tender or something like that to retain memory settings? Or does the Limited/or all Renegades have some sort of memory saver?
As in my case, on BOTH occasions. I did not use any type of memory saver. After replacing the battery, the stereo station was on 87.7 -ish, but the station presets were all saved. I didn't lose any information.
The Limited has so many devices such as SXM radio, Navigation etc etc That's why think I may need to use the Tender. Hard to find out for some reason.
