There were people who had problems with it early on including rear control arm brackets breaking due to a lack of welds but they have since been fixed and Daystar took care of the people with the problem. I haven't heard of anyone having this problem since. Some people have trouble getting the rear end aligned but their shops are not aware of 2 extra bolts that can be corrected. Daystar will help you get that figured out. Also, some people have complained about the front sway bar links coming loose. I have not had this problem so I'm not sure what they are referring to and I haven't heard of anyone with this problem since.

When you did the lift? Where? What the size of tires are you using? Did you contact DayStar about this?

I had similar problem a couple of days ago, just heard back from my shop (not the shop that installed b/c that mechanic left) and front sway bars were loose and some other suspension component was rubbing. Hopefully will get more specifics when I pick it up.

Last February or March. Have not contacted Daystar. Hitting up my dealership that installed it first.

This is all I got: "Tech diagnosed vehicle and found sway bar links loose. Tech tightened sway bar links and all front suspension components, test drove vehicle, and verified complete."

Yes, it's running fine now. I will be satisfied if it doesn't happen again.

Were you able to do the correct alignment of the vehicle?

Yes. They had some difficulty but got on the phone with Daystar and figured it out. Have not had any alignment issues since.

My sway bar ends were loose and I took them in to get tightened, now after about 10k with the lift installed the whole rear is loose as hell, if I hit a pothole at speed the rear wants to fishtail.

So did you get your camber problem fixed? if so how? I have the same problem and it is causing a lot of wear on my rear tires.
