I am on my second new battery since purchasing the renegade in April. Both times I have had to have it towed in to the dealership. It will jump start but will not continue to run. The dealership tested both batteries and found them to have a bad cell. They also have run an electrical test and did not find anything that is draining the battery. It is parked in the garage between 2 to 3 weeks at a time. The dealership told me to hook it up to a battery charger if it is going to sit for 2 weeks. I would hope that this is not the case. I have never had a problem before having a vehicle sit for that long. Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks.
Get the dealer to do a quiescent draw test. The jeep should last 30 days and still start. Its part of FCA development testing. Try leaving locked or unlocked see if it makes any difference. I assume its stock no aftermarket mods. Sent from my LG-H340n using ToasterJeep mobile app
