    Long time old school Jeeper.
Had a couple CJs, couple XJ and a couple ZJ (plus one WJ).
My favorite was my 5.2L w lift and 32 MTRs.
Drove and wheeled it for a decade but it rotted away.

Scored a 98 ZJ w 5.2L and was gonna BB and 31 it for daily driving/fishing rig.
    Never got around to it.
220K and stuff needs fixed (still daily drove).
Ice storm w vent stuck at heater, meant 30 mins to de ice to leave work.

NO operational AC on any Jeep I've had since 2002.

Too old for this nonsense LOL.

So with gas prices looking to get silly, I went to the dealership to order a new 2022 in that dark grey/green color (Youtube has vids). Not available. So we did a build w the Splinter grey? (whatever its called).
My salesguy was super cool, and said they had a 2021 Limited, fully loaded, and there was a rebate.

Had driven a 2015 Trailhawk and did not care for the kinda harsh 9 speed shifting.
Was looking at a 2018 standard model too.

Got the brand new fully loaded for not much more money. Love the turbo over the reg.
IMHO non turbo means non purchase.

So................looking at Daystar 1.5 and maybe some Toyo Open Country on Method rims.
OK, thats 3K (I cant wrench much these days due to bad shoulder).

Really like the MPG of the toaster. Don't need to mess w that.

So thinking 225 60 R17 on my factory rims. gets me half inch taller and wider. Maybe do 1" wheel spacer to move stance a bit, and Plasti dip my alloy silver rims to darker.

Toyo not avail til May. Ugh. Wondering what other tires might work.
Im NOT gonna wheel this thing, am old school and thrash beaters, not expensive stuff.

But I don't want to pull off the road and get stuck at a fishing or turkey hunting spot.

Creeped the forum looking for various pics of tire/wheel setups.
    Lots of nice rigs.

    So here I am
