About a week ago, the navigation on my 6.5 unconnect stopped working. It basically thinks I’m in a river and will not recalibrate to my location. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with their GPS?

2017 trailhawk, same uconnect 6.5, I believe. I have noticed mine can be slow to respond and sometimes freezes. But hasn't been a real issue yet.

i had a similar issue once on my '17 limited. The navigation was off by about 5 miles for a few days, then went back to normal. I mentioned it to the dealer when i took it in for an oil change. After they were unsuccessful in updating it, they replaced the radio under warranty. Havent had an issue since. Have you tied to see if there is an update for your radio yet?

    Hi eracer426,
I can see how this would be frustrating. Have you checked to see if there is a Uconnect Software update? You can check by entering your VIN in this link: https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html
If this is not the case, please send me a direct message with your VIN and I would be happy to assist you.

Mine won't let me enter my city name or street name. 600 miles and a month old. Good thing I've lived here the better part of 30 years.

This happened to me too. I noticed it when I was going in for an oil change. Still like that too.

Only thing I can think of, short a trip to a dealer, would be to disconnect power at the battery for a couple hours/overnight. That'd give all the components time to fully drain any residual power and reset themselves.
