Hi guys I keep seeing 4" lifts on here, and wondering how much excessive wear does this cost on CV, trans, axles in general? Especially if off roading? Anybody have a 4" lift and put some serious miles on it, notice any issues yet? It reminds me of the stupidity of wranglers, people throwing dumbass rough country 4-6" lifts, and than having Control Arm Mounts literally ripping out from the Axles, where you had to re-weld and repair them. Anyway would love to get something as crazy as a 6" lift with tire upgrades, but it just seems that the angles would be all off, and you'll be rebuilding you're whole suspension in no time. Thoughts from people? Who have lifted? Was thinking the safest is probably a 1.5-2" Spring lift some bigger tires and call it a day.
