Unfortunately, the default setting on this new forum is have you automatically watch any thread you start or post on. I will see if this can be changed but, until something can be adjusted on our end, here's what you can do. 1. Click on your use name which is located near the top right hand corner of the page. In the same below, you will see my name "wayoflife". 2. When the drop down menu comes up, select "Preferences" 3. When the next screen comes up, deselect the "Automatically watch threads" check box. With that, any new thread that you start or respond to will no longer be watched by you and you will no longer receive an email notification. Now, to STOP watching threads that you have already started watching, all you need to do is look through the sub-forum you were posting on and located threads that have a pair of glasses next to the "replies" column as shown below. Click on the thread and then look for the "unwatch thread" link which is near the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on it and you will no longer be watching that thread. After I made this setting change I was still getting notifications from my first few posts. I had to go back to those posts, click edit and uncheck the email notification box. Since then, no more email notifications.
