Thanks for taking the time and energy to post all this after taking the time to physically do it! I’ve been interested in a Turbo/Supercharger for my Renegade simply to give it a little more power for passing and spirited stop light to stop light entanglement. I’m new to the forum, but not the Renegade just purchased my second one had a 2017 Lattitude (I’m in South Florida so no need for 4WD) recently traded it for a much upgraded 2019. I never modded the first one at all, but I’ve got a couple things planned for this one. Thanks again hope you are enjoying it!

Cool write up. It's always fun to engineer something. Tuning to me was always as fun if not more so than fitting a kit together. I was curious what your intakes temps are after the turbo, because you don't have an intercooler. I've turbocharged Dodge 2.0 and 2.4 engines in the past and always found an intercooler necessary. In my experience knock sensors weren't totally reliable. Learned that the hard way. So I built det cans and just looked ridiculous till I tuned out the knock. I'm ignorant about the specs on the newer 2.4s but in the past at 9.8:1 compression I had to get the afr close to 10 at higher rpms on 8 psi with a t3 turbo. All while the stock knock sensor barely gave any warning.

Still running the turbo? If so how’s it doing? Great write up!
