LED square flush mounts in rear bumper?

Anyone tried putting some small flush mounts in the rear bumper?

I have a plan im going to do for the reflectors on the back corners. I will post pics when I do it.

 

Any updates? I just ordered a set of replacement reflectors off fleabay with thoughts of either modding with a set of LED fog lights, or for measurements/ideas to make something up on Sketchup and print out on my 3d printer. (not real confident of my skills on producing something to print though)
