I recently installed a 2” lift on FWD Renny, and now when you hit a bump or anything it sounds like a rattle like noise coming from underneath you. Sometimes it sounds like it’s off to way side but sounds almost like it’s coming from under the console. I have taken front wheels off 3 times now and rechecked to make sure everything is good and tight and don’t see anything that could be causing the noise. Anybody have any suggestions?
Sway bar links.... With the jeep on the ground and straight, reach up in and make sure they are both tight. Check the rear drive shaft, make sure it's all tight, especially if your kit included drop spacers for the carrier bearing. If it isn't either of those, go back over the instructions and check every bolt that it told you to do anything with, and re-torque them, you're supposed to do that around 500 miles after the install in any case..
