    Hi to all.
I am not new to the forum, or a new owner, but I thought I'd start a thread based on the mods I've done to my Jeep, just to keep everything neat and tidy.

So, I own a 2015 Jeep Renegade Limited, FWD 1.4T with 140hp and 23kgs of torque. The color is Alpine white and it has the 6speed manual transmission. I live in sunny Greece.
    The extra equipment is:

    Panoramic Glass sunroof
    18inch Wheels 225/55/18
    Keyless entry

As I don't plan taking the jeep offroad (or maybe just slightly and only when same in needed), I concentrated in modding the engine, considering that it's a FIAT engine been around for quite some time and used in many other models in Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia etc.

So, my first mode was to put a K&N filter in the airbox. As I said, I don't take the jeep offroad so no heavy dirt and gravel will be sucked in...

Next mod was the Blue Spark ECU. Very easy to install and nice gains. It has 5 power levels. I currently have it set on level 3 (about 163hp) but I plan to increase it to level 4 and 5 (180hp) when the weather cools down as the summer is extremely hot in Greece and I don't want to stress the engine.

Next mod was the Sprint Booster. It is the Greek version of a Go Pedal. Maybe my best mod up to date. It improves the driving experience by a lot. Again, very easy to install. It has 18 levels to choose from plus valet mode and security mode. (9 levels on sport mode and 9 levels on race mode). I currently have it set on sport mode 9.

Next mod was the Go Fast Bits Diverter Valve Plus (GFB DV+). Again, very easy to install and gives much smoother delivery of boost. Also it is much more rigid and made of durable materials, something which is a requirement if you increase your boost levels like I did with the Blue Spark ECU.

Last mod, and most recent one is that I installed an OBD Gauge. More specifically it is the Shadow OBD which I bought from Korea. It's small, discreet, blends in nicely with the rest of the dash and shows boost level, exhaust temp, intake temp, water temp and battery level. I know that the boost reading is not 100% accurate since I installed the Blue Spark Ecu which tricks the ECU, however I just need it to have a general idea of what is going on.

I think I am done (at least for now [IMG] ) as regards the engine mods. I may do a few exterior mods (not heavy ones as I plan on keeping the stock look). I have ordered a nice sticker for the back of the Jeep (left side of the boot), as there is an empty spot (since my Renegade is not 4x4). I will update you on this once I get delivery and install it. Any comments are welcome.

Since I don't have a 4x4 that comes with the 4x4 badge, and considering that I have moded my Reny for street use, I think I found the perfect badge to cover the empty space on the left side of the trunk. I personally love it!! What do you think??

Fyi it adds about 15hp on the flywheel... :D :D :D

Yea. Interested in the panoramic glass roof. Sounds awesome.

The boost gauge actually doesn't do anything useful, just a heads up. The factory boost pressure is "commanded boost" not "actual boost", So when you put a piggy back on it, it throws the reading off even more.

Apologies for the late reply, I was on vacation.

The glass roof is an option in the European Market. It is composed of two large Glass panels. The back panel is fixed (does not move, does not open). The front panel tilts or opens completely by sliding above the back panel, on the press of a button.
Also, below both the glass panels there is a retracting panel made of fabric that is used to provide shadow, operating as well on the press of a button.
So for example, you can keep the roof closed, but retract the fabric panel, so as to just have a nice view of the sky through the glass. This is particularly impressive when it is raining! The people seating in the back get a magnificent sky view. Or you can tilt or open the front panel, just like the MySky does.
I can take a video if you like and upload it here.

Regarding the OBD gauge, Thomas you are spot on. Indeed the figures I get are not the correct ones. The boost pressure shown must be about 3psi less (or about 0.20 bar less) than the actual one due to the piggyback tricking the ECU. It is just a hassle free gauge that I use for the time being (you just plug it in the OBD socket and also provides info about the exhaust temp, intake air temp, water temp and battery level), but I plan on installing a proper vacuum gauge in the near future. Probably this will be my next mod. I want to find a throttle body spacer, in order to avoid drilling any holes on the stock intake pipes.
