New owner as of this past Monday. 2017 Deserthawk. Yesterday, my wife was closing the rear hatch by pulling what we thought was the grip to do so... Little scalloped out part on the right side. The entire panel popped off the lift gate. After a little finagling I was able to pop it back on. It appears there is ahole inside that "grip". Is there supposed to be a screw? Is anything supposed to hold it on other than the plastic tabs that pop into the holes on the hatch? Is the "grip" really a grip?

There is supposed to be a screw yes. But when I pulled mine off it took a LOT of effort.... you may want to check the clips to see if they're broken or if the holes are messed up... the screw isn't the only thing securing the plastic

Thanks! I'm going to take it to the dealership and see if they can check everything out.
