I noticed this happening to my daughter's '17 Limited. She starts it from in the house....gets ready to go....5 mins tops.....grabs the door handle and the engine shuts off. Lots of fuel.....replaced fob battery( twice) ......same fob in her purse as she started the Jeep with. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. The service manager at the dealership said there is NO fix for this issue. Very frustrating.
I have not. To my understanding Jeep needs a certain number of complaints before they try to address an issue. According to the service manager I was dealing with this is a rare problem, thus no attempt to solve it on Jeeps part.
Contact Jeep Cares on your own! If they don't resolve this issue in my Daughter's Jeep.....I am escalating this with Jeep Cares Canada. If they do resolve it...I'll post the solution here.
