    Hey,

I finally got my 2017 Jeep Renegade Altitude lifted after owning it for just under 2 years.

After doing a lot of research, I was torn between the ATP 2'' Lift Kit and the Teraflex 1.5'' Lift Kit. I chose the Terfalex Spacer Kit because of their customer service (actually answered the phone and replied to my email), but also liked that a lot of reviews said they got about 2 - 2.25'' of lift from it. And the quick release sway bars were way better quality than those that came with the ATP kit.

I also wanted some All Terrain tires and get rid of the OE Goodyear tires that came with the Renegade. The stock wheels were an 18'' diameter set, and the tire size was 225/55R18 - this is a very weird tire size, that does not come in an A/T model, except for the Yokohama Geolandar G015 (but this wouldn't give any more lift).
So I went to my local Les Schwab Tire Center and got KMC KM Bully 16'' wheels and Back Country A/T tires.
This set fit perfectly, and filled out the wheel well quite nicely, and gave me another 1'' of lift. Les Schwab did the alignment for free, as long as I bough 4 tires and wheels, AND they tossed in a full size spare + wheel for FREE!!!

In total, after the Terflex 1.5'' lift and the new wheels and tires, I found that my Renegade gained 3.15'' of clearance!!!

It took my friend an I 10 hours to install the lift (this was with a break to watch some NBA playoffs), and both of us learning about the Regegade and following the instructions. Teraflex did a GREAT job with these!!

Here are some before an after pictures.
Sorry I am not the best photographer.

I cannot wait to take Le Bleu out on the trail!!
    Go find some Rugged Trails!

Your Altitude looks great. What size tire did you get for the 16's?

    The tires are 225/70R/16.

Still lots of room and no rubbing!
