I have the Mopar stick-ons and I like them a lot.

Before the Mopar stick-ons I was going to purchase the Weathertech in-channel but saw some reports that the rear door deflectors would slide down, not sure if it has been corrected. The stick-ons are longer and give more coverage.

I just installed the AVS vent shades on my new TH last week. They work well at highway speeds, letting you get some ventilation w/o a lot of wind noise if you lower the windows no more than a couple of inches.
