HAHAHA!! Seriously!! I love this new Renegade and I'm all for Jeep marketing it but really?? I think they need to do a reality check. This is no Wrangler and they shouldn't be trying to push it off as being some kind of a close substitute.
Seems like they know it will sell to the yuppies and are trying hard to push it on the Offroad community.
They really do need to dial down the marketing message. They are going to end up with a bunch of angry customers when the Renegade gets beat up on the trail.
Exactly. I think the Renegade will be a great first vehicle for a lot of youthful people who enjoy the outdoors. That is not the same thing as someone who's looking to wheel one like it's a Wrangler.
As sad as I am to say it, the Renegade is a lot more comfortable to sit in than a Wrangler and that even goes for the back seats. Definitely need a roof rack though if you're going to be taking the family camping.
