    Hi all,

I have a 2016 Renegade Trailhawk and need some lift advice...

Which spacer lift kit will provide the most ground clearance?

I have read that some spacer kits move the subframe down and lose some of the gain from the lift kit (from ground clearance perspective.

I know that a spring lift (either Eibach or ATP) will be my best option for lift / ground clearance but I want to go more than 1” in height.

Looking at running 29.5” (probably 215 or 225) tyres on the Renegade Sport 16” rims.

    Thanks

You can install any of the lift kits and not put the subframe spacers in, the trade off is steep angles on the axle shafts, making them more susceptible to breaking, And wearing out quicker. A lot of folks do it anyway and that's fine as long as you recognize the trade off.

29.5 is a big tire, and no amount of lift will clear it without other alterations to.

Thanks. Pinch seam mod will be done to clear the 29.5 tyres.
