Hi all! I just bought a 2016 Renegade Trailhawk about a month ago, love that little thing but the stock wheels and tires that are on it are just not aggressive enough looking for me. I went from driving a lifted diesel excursion to this so i need recomendations on wheels and tires for the trailhawk. I will be doing the lift i think last i checked daystar is the only one with a lift kit out for these currently so whatever would work with that lift kit. No mud tires i need something all terrain that wouldnt completely kill my mpg on the road but can still work for the little bit of off roading that i will do.

I have attached a picture of my Renegade (white one) as well as one of someones that i found on instagram that i really like the looks of renegade 2.JPG Renegade.JPG

BFG KO2 are popular for those retaining the stock wheels, the stock 215/65-17 is replaced with a 225/65-16. There are writeups here on how to install a 16" wheel that clears the TH's larger brakes, basically use a thick spacer and the wheel off of an HHR or Malibu or Cobalt with the right bolt pattern.

I've been looking at aftermarket wheels myself and I have no idea what that wheel is on your example picture. The stock offset is about 40mm, and I haven't found anything with as small or inverse an offset as that example pic anywhere that I've looked. Nothing from Summit Racing, Jegs, Tire Rack, Discount. Given that running spacers is usually not the preferred method of changing offset, if someone did have a wheel with offset like that it would be very popular, so either they had custom wheels made/modified or else they're running a boltpattern-changing spacer.

If I were in your shoes I'd probably do the suspension lift first, then if there are no new wheels that have an offset with less backspacing, the spacers. Only then would I pursue new tires. After all, you can continue to drive on the tires that you've already paid-for until they're worn out and then see if any fresh options are available that might not be available right now.

As mentioned, KO2's seem to be what most people are running.
