I'll keep it short as I'm work and still seething a bit. Hopped in to head to school and the radio worked. Got out at gas station and when I restarted, uconnect screen, then the warning screen (don't play games while driving or adjust navblah blah) with "loading" down the bottom came on.. and then never came off. Went to class came out, same issue. Called uconnect, they ran me through several hold-these-buttons-down secret squirrel restarts, none of which worked. They sent me to dealer. Dealer upgraded software and admitted they fixed it, it broke, they fixed it again then it worked. Left dealer, stopped at gas station (different one) and got back in and it was back at (Loading...) Called dealer and they're getting another radio for me. My question is, anyone else run into this with their new truck?!? Sent from my iPhone using ToasterJeep mobile app

New "truck"... hah. This lil' jeep is a car I haven't had that issue, but I have had intermittent issues with the radio just not powering on at all. Requiring me to stop the vehicle, turn it off, and turn it back on - that has fixed it the 2-3 times it's happened. Haven't taken it in to get looked at, but if it happens again I will.
I spent days on the phone with u-connect. There is also the hold down three of the buttons (radio, media and the right one?) to get to an engineering menu. Probably more accurate details on the web somewhere.
I've also had my radio lag. Screens doesn't appear for a few minutes. It's happened about 4 times since October
