Will 225/75-16 with a spacer fit on a a trailhawk that is not lifted?

Just looking at the numbers I would expect problems. Tire is 1.3" taller and about a half-inch wider at 29.3" by 8.9" respectively. The further you space it from the existing hub the bigger its arc when you turn the steering.

If I were going to try this I'd look for the thinnest spacer that would let it clear the strut and the brake caliper so that the swing of the arc is kept as tight as possible. Even then I expect that the pinch seams might require attention.

I plan to trim the pinch seams and message the finderliners anyway.

That's the tire Size I run with a lift and spacer. With both of these I still needed to grind down the pinch seam. With no lift I'd expect problems.
