I agree that everything made in the correct bolt pattern belongs on a car, I hope that changes in the near future. Surely there are enough Renegade guys out there that at least one company could justify making a bitchin' looking set of offroad wheels with the right bolt pattern and offset to not have to use spacers.

Probably because not enough customers have asked for them. 5 on 110mm for SUVs is new, only since the 2014 Cherokee has this bolt pattern been used on a 4x4. I've e-mailed Wheel Vintiques about some of their +32mm 16" steel wheels and if they can offer a custom offset. They have smoothies and five-hole models in steel for the HHR and other cars. They're probably best in a position to make a custom offset as they already offer custom offsets on their RWD wheels for vintage muscle cars Since the stock offset on a 6.5" wide wheel is about 40mm, if they could get the offset down to about 15mm that would essentially take an inch off, which would place the tire where the 1" spacer ultimately places the tire. Designed right it should clear the brakes too. An 8mm offset would be approximately the same as a 1.25" spacer. I would like a 16" by 6.5" or 16" by 7" with a 15mm offset. That should accommodate a 235/65-16 tire, which is the same 28" height as the stock 215/65-17 on a Trailhawk. It might allow even a 255/60-16, if such a tire is made. A 215 (stock) is basically 8.5" wide. A 235 is 9.3" wide, and a 255 is 10" wide. The height is the real problem, it may not be practical to go much taller.
