Here's a simple mod that makes it easier for different drivers to adjust the seats.

    Parts List:
    2x- Gate Handles (Lowes)
4x- Small cushioned P-clamps (In this setup they are 5/16") (Harbor Freight)
4x- Med. cushioned P-clamps (In this setup they are 1/2") (Harbor Freight)
    4x- Screws ... 6-32 to 10-32 will work. 0.50" (min length)
8x- Flat Washers (size matched to screw)
    4x- Nut, Self Locking
4" to 6" Heat shrink tubing. (Harbor Freight)

Get a couple of gate handles and cut free the loop

Add heat shrink tubing to the ends of the handles (This helps reduce slippage)

Add two 5/16" P-clamps to each loop handle end.
The larger 1/2" P-clamps go onto the factory seat adjustment bar.
(Note: P-Clamps have a "Flat" and "Bent" leg. Point legs the same direction on handle ends.)

Slip two 1/2" clamps over each seat adjust bar, (Install the "Flat" or "Bent" clamp legs in the same direction), and lightly screw assembly together.
Do not over tighten fasteners at this time

Rotate lift handle assembly up towards the seat cushion and give nuts a final tightening.

Now adjusting the seat between drivers is much easier. With the new lift handles near the seat cushion, they won't hit your legs, snag clothing, or get in your way getting in or out of the vehicle.

Dear Jeep (If you read these forums):
Whenever I tried to reach the seat adjuster my face ended up in the steering wheel. While I do have a large sloping forehead, I do not have orangutan length arms.
