In today's mail I found a "Welcome to Jeep's Family" packet. Inside were helpful suggestions on services and features available through Jeep. Also there was a leather key fob with a clever loop lock. Nice. With my new Jeep leather key fob in hand I grab my Jeep remote "key" and ... and ... it doesn't fit! Nope, the loop on the fob is too big for the Jeeps' key. So now I have really neat Jeep key fob, from Jeep, that I can't use with my Jeep. While it was a very thoughtful gesture the design follow through leaves much to be desired.
I got mine about a month after purchase. I stuck it on my spare fob cuz it makes everything too big to fit into my pocket.
