Not to pee on the parade but what makes you think tony didn't do his job before it left the factory. Your the man boy I hope mine is in February. I have short pockets collecting disibuillity so my build will have to be in stages. But the work you have shown to the members is spot on. Anymore goodies installed were going to have a statue erected in your honor. It's a shame this fourm you run is free and not a fee paid so you can claim it as a business and write off all this stuff as testing like other car companies do.

Renny looks great! Curious if you were able to program the computer for the larger tires?

Unfortunately, there are no programmers that I know of but the speedo is only off by about 2-3 MPH at most so you can't even really tell. Shift points all seem to be good too.

Your ride looks incredible, I joined this forum just to comment on this thread. Again she looks great.
With that said I have a Sport 4x4 with the 16 inch steel rims already, do you think I can get away with the 1" inch spacers or would I need to move up to 1.5"?

Doctor I have a question my neighbor has a sport 4/4. He asked me if he can get a locker rear. The trailhawk is a brake locker. Any ideas for him

Look awesome! The toe scared me a bit though. Any ideas on how to get to alignment in spec?

If you're referring to "wheel spacers", yes, you can run the 1" spacers so long as you keep your factory wheels or run new ones that have recesses in them to clear the lug bolts.

The Trailhawk uses its ESP/BAS system to "help" give you what kind of feels like a limited slip differential. I does NOT have a locker and I don't know of any that are available for the Renegade. Sorry.

You would need new adjustable arms but really, the specs aren't too bad. It will cause some wear issues in the rear but that can be mitigated by doing more frequent tire rotations. Maybe once every oil change.

I just found a set on eBay. You just need to make sure they're 1.25" and in a 5x110 bolt pattern.

I normally do not like resurrecting a dead thread, but I also do not like making a thread when there already is one containing the same information.

Chevy HHRs have a 5x110 Bolt pattern: reference below from this link
2006 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2007 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2008 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2009 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2010 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2011 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset
2012 Chevrolet HHR 5 lug 4.33 inch or 110 mm High Positive Offset

from what I have read, the 2015 Renegade has a 5lug x 110mm bolt pattern as well. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Therefore you would be searching using a term like this: "1.25" wheel spacers 5x110"
Doing so, I found this items on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/261382104590?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true

If I recall, that link to ebay is exactly where I got mine from.

I have a question for you, and figured this was as good a place as any to ask. I may have missed it, but I looked around and didn't see this asked or addressed. Is there any reason you didn't go with the stock Renegade wheels and spacers with these tires? For my own curiosity...

Trailhawk comes with 17" rims. The only option for Cooper STT Pro is if you get the 16" wheels. And I believe at the time Wayalife got his tires, the KO2 tires had not been released in 225/65/17 size yet.

I gotcha, the 16" part makes sense to get the more aggressive tires. My question was if there was any specific reason he chose the Chevy wheels over a stock Renegade wheel in 16", especially because he had to end up running spacers anyway.

If it for looks I can certainly understand that, I was just curious.

He would have to speak for his reasonings, but I'm thinking 2 main considerations:

    1. He would have had to have bought the 16" Renegade rims as his Trailhawk didn't come with them. (And they would be expensive to buy from the dealer)

    2. If he's anything like me, and looking at previous builds, he wants to do something that not everyone else has... So going stock rims would most likely not be worth paying the extra premium for.

Fair enough, I just wondered if the backspacing or something led him to those specific wheels. I can definitely understand point #2
