ive seen Subarus with 4 in of lift my question is what is the dif between the renny and a Subaru why can't we get a lift like that for the renny
The simpke answer is the the Renegade is so new that nobody has really designed/tested/made the stuff. Companies are probably hesitant to dump money into researching stuff like that for a very new vehicle. Now, go over a 2" lift and you need to start changing stuff out. You will a longer/stonger driveshaft, different/stronger/longer suspension components, possibly different gearing to make up for the larger tires, possibly larger brakes to handle more weight. May have to reroute exhaust. The rear diff may need to be changed too. There are lots of things that get affected if you go over 2". I'm sure someone with more experience than me can chime in too. That answers my question thanks I guess if I want more lift I'm gonna have to wait and hopefully a company will build something
