New toaster owner checkin in!

    The full size spare is in the back of the Renegade (Trailhawk's) anyways, it is just moved back 2 feet.
    no real weight difference.

    well, I’m sure my new full-sized spare weighs more than the stock one ;) not a huge difference..
    You should see my cargo area now!

    Just curious, does the Avid tire bracket close tight without any movement?

    Yes.
    There is an adjustable tongue and grove block on the swing arm itself to keep everything in place, and a 'Walk-in' refrigerator style latch that locks the swing arm closed.
    The bracket the holds the tire is adjustable also. The spare can be pulled tight against the swing arm to keep it from moving around.

    Me too. The original area for the spare tire is full of off roading necessities.

    my 3yr old son got right to the chase.. asked me where I was going to put the groceries now. I told him that was a good question! the firm cover doesn’t fit now and is definitely hodgepodge
