I'm wondering if any of you have experienced when your uconnect 6.5 unit wouldn't turn off. Last night after an 8 hour road trip, the system would not turn off. I tried the power knob on the left of the radio, then powering the car back on and off twice. I also checked in the "engine off" options and toggled back and forth between 20 mins and 0, but that didn't help. I finally just disconnected the battery negative for a hard reset, which seems to have worked because when I reconnected, the uconnect came on and went off as usual with the vehicle. This is the only time it's happened and I've not heard of it before. Vehicle info: it's a 2017 renegade trailhawk with the uconnect 6.5 and beats audio. It has 2500 miles on it.
